  4. Stir well, add to wet ingredients..
  5. Place wax paper length of large baking dish and spray non stick spray..
  6. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until springs back when touched with finger..
  7. Lay out white towel sprinkled well with powdered sugar , flip out upside down the cake holding onto sides of wax paper onto towel . Slowly and carefully peel away wax paper . Sprinkle with more white sugar on cake..
  8. Roll up and allow to cool at least 15 minutes in fridge in towel..
  9. Mean while make filling : mix all ingredients for filling for 3 minutes well.
  10. When cake is cooled unroll and add filling roll back up and transfer from towel to aluminum foil and fold up..
