- You need 150 gram of cream cheese.
- You need 200 ml of fresh cream.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of condensed milk.
- It's 1 of egg.
- Prepare 1 cup of fresh pitted cherries.
- It's 2 tbsp of granulated sugar.
- It's 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

- Crush 250grams of marie biscuits and add 3tbsps of melted butter..now place and smooth this into the base of cupcakes liner and put it into the fridge for 15 mins..
- In large bowl..whip your cream cheese for 5mins until it thickens up..then add the fresh cream and again whip the mixture for 3mins and then add condensed milk whip again for 3-4mins.finally add the egg and whip for 1min..
- Now pour your batter into the cupcake tray lined with cupcake liner over the biscuits base..and place the tray onto a deep larger tray filled with hot water..
- Now put this entire setup in to the preheated oven at 160c for atleast 1hr..
- When the cupcakes centers look a lil wobbly and sides look fixed and a lil brown..then take them out. and let them completely cool down to room temperature..
- Now put it into the freezer for atleast 4hrs..
- For cherry sauce:in a sauce pan on medium heat add your cherries.and add sugar and lemon juice.. let it cook until all the sugar dissolves...
- Turn off the flame and let it cool to room temperature..
- Finally top it over the chilled cupcakes and enjoy...
